In the past few weeks, I have listened to several people talking about nightmares.
They went to bed looking forward to a regenerating night of sleep and woke up in the middle of the night terrified with palpitations.
Some did not remember what they had dreamt of, just the emotions that they had experienced.
Some had the same terrifying dream that had visited them through out their lives during periods of stress.
In any case, after a nightmare, hold yourself and especially that very scared part of your being, until the Light within you starts getting stronger again. Breathe.
When the body is overwhelmed, we can have nightmares.
When we suffer from PTSD, we can have nightmares.
When the world around us crumbles, we can have nightmares.
The way I see it, a nightmare is the voice in our body that asks us to rebalance, to change our focus to self.
There are so many disturbances in the world, that sometimes affects our energy. Unknowingly, we tap into the collective consciousness of fear, injustice and despair that many suffer.
As we are all connected, what may happen if we decide to centre ourselves and make our love, our Light stronger? Will the ones that suffer tap into the Light that we emit and start having less nightmares?
An open-heart chakra affects the vibration of 80 people.
Let us stand tall in our unique Light. The time is now.
